What is it?

A 4-story building housing a collection of small and large spaces offered for active artists, businesses & professionals in the very heart of Fremont. The large plaza in front is an intergalactic public art installation by Jessica Randall and the Fremont Arts Council.

Retail Spaces: On the earth level, a Fed Ex offers full copying/packaging/shipping and other office supplies and services. Ground Control (the manager’s office) is also on the main level, next to the lobby at the SE corner.

Where is it?

600 N. 36th Street – Just north of the Lenin statue in downtown Fremont, Seattle.

When was it built?

It was completed in December 06.

What will my Space look like inside?

8-1/2 foot high ceilings. Walls & Ceilings Sheetrock painted off-white. Wood trim. Openable windows with wood sill. Metal Entry Doors, with deadbolt, lever handle and peephole. Two 4-plug electrical outlets, 2 phone, 1 Ethernet and 1 Cable. (Larger spaces contain more electrical and other outlets.) Ceiling Light Fixture with motion/timer switch. (Larger spaces may have 2 or 3). Electric forced-air heat, no air conditioning. Carpeted throughout.

Can I paint my Space? Yes!

Can I combine 2 or more Spaces? Yes! If they’re available, we can open part of the wall between adjacent Spaces.

What utilities are included? All utilities are included in rent. (Your phone, Internet and TV Cable would be extra.) You can order your own high-speed internet from CenturyLink or from Comcast cable.

Can I network my computers between 2 or more spaces? Yes! The building Ethernet will let you do that.
